Amazing as it seems, this photograph looks somewhat unrealistic to me. I do a lot of night photography, but I don't seem to recognise this sky. Can you please give some info on location, exposure and editing. Is it HDR?

Hello Paul. This picture is made in Spain. EXIF data: f 4.5 ISO 1600 and 50''of exposure. Not HDR. It is edited with PS. It has a layer of curves, brightness-contrast. Anti-noise processing. Thank you very much for your visit and comment. Regards

I then suppose it's the levels and noise reduction that's causing the effect that many stars are of equal brightness.
